Jodi turned 29 on the 22nd of January, so Becky and I took her to Red Robin to celebrate on Friday. Just us girls- no kiddies! I love my kids but I sure love it when I get a chance to hang with my sisters without distractions. We had dinner, drank freckled lemonade and laughed until well after our food had been cleared and our check was paid. I have always been close to my sisters and we have fun when we get together. We have started a new tradition of going to dinner whenever one of us has a birthday. It's too bad birthdays only come once a year!
The next day me and the kiddies went over to Jodi's for a play date. Ameliah and Kinley are good friends and they like to play dress up when they get together. I hope Kinley's mom forgives me for putting a topless picture of her on my blog :)
Whenever Ameliah talks about Kinley she says "I love Kinley, she's my best friend in the whole world!" They even talk on the phone sometimes. It is really fun that Jodi and I had little girls so close in age. Their new thing is to sing Beyonce's new "All the single ladies" song. They are really cute to watch together and they are both little performers.
My honey does really good at taking me out on a date once a week. I guess it is not really a date because he usually wants to bring the kids with us. 9 times out of 10 we end up at Red Robin. Ameliah sits with mommy and Cannon sits with daddy. Maybe it's lame to go to the same restaurant two days in a row, but I like to stick with what I know works (it is definitely one of the more kid-friendly places). Plus, those french fries are so yummy, I don't think I could ever get sick of them!

That looks like so much fun! I love to hang out with my sisters too. That's so awesome that Ameliah has girl cousins her age to hang out with. She's a lucky little girl.
It sounds like you have awesome sisters! That niece of your's is adorable and I love how girly Ameliah is. I too enjoy rockin out to "All the Single Ladies"!
I love your cute little family! Thanks for posting so many fun pictures. It helps me feel like I'm not missing out on their lives! Love you!
